Custom Order Policy
Definitions
Custom Order: A product made-to-order based on the customer’s specific requirements, tailored to individual preferences, and not part of our standard inventory.
Reproduction Order: A request to replicate an existing piece, potentially with minor modifications such as color scheme, size, or materials.
Deposit
Custom Orders: $50 deposit required (non-refundable after final design approval).
Reproduction Orders: $25 deposit required (non-refundable after final design approval).
Order Process
1. Deposit: After requesting a custom or reproduction order, the relevant deposit must be paid.
2. Design: A rough design will be created and shared with the customer for approval.
3. Revisions: Two free design change requests are allowed; any additional changes will incur a $5 non-refundable fee.
4. Approval: Once the design is approved, a price estimate and timeline are provided. After final approval, the deposit becomes non-refundable
5. Cancellation: If the design is not approved and the order is canceled, the deposit will be refunded as **STORE CREDIT** only.
6. Completion: Regular updates will be provided. Upon completion, the remaining balance is due.
7. Payment: If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 days of notification, the item will move to inventory, and the deposit will be forfeited.
**Note: We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted immediately.
